Your Impact In Role
Experience as a Subject Matter Expert.
Experience Working For a Logistics Company.
Strong customer service and administrative experience.
Extensive experience dealing with different markets (countries) and a good understanding of cultural differences.

Your Impact In Role
- Promote and encourage team building and a positive work environment.
- Act as the primary go-to person in the team for policy and process questions.
- Drive process improvement and alignment by proactively flagging gaps and actively participating in crafting appropriate action plans.
- Drive compliance to established processes and policies and help leads in ensuring all team members are fully aware of key changes and updates.
