About The RoleWe are actively seeking a Project Manager to lead the integration of Uber Community Operations with Careem. As the hired Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful alignment of cross-functional teams to ensure a perfect and efficient integration process. What You'll Do
  • Work on a portfolio of impactful and complex projects within Uber Community Operations
  • Work and develop initiatives that would improve customer experience & efficiency as well as operational excellence within community operations
  • Establish a project plan with breakthroughs and timelines; and get consensus from the different stakeholders
  • Establish a robust governance framework to ensure consistent project breakthrough delivery
  • Work with a very wide set of cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on key decisions/achievements
  • Maintain open and clear communication with leadership and stakeholders to handle expectations efficiently
  • Address the different problems that will occur throughout the project
  • Design and optimize customer support processes, applying your deep understanding of technicalities in customer support.
Basic Qualifications
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of running complex projects.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic
  • Prior experience in customer support and an understanding of customer experience (CX) strategy
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently with a wide and complex set of stakeholders, encouraging alignment and driving key projects forward.
  • Ability to analyze issues, find solutions, and drive problem resolution.
  • Experience in crafting and optimizing processes to improve operational efficiency.
