This isn’t about cutting and pasting from a playbook, it’s about writing the playbook. About The RoleThe Core Business team in ANZ are the custodians of marketplace health for the region. They hold key business decisions around pricing and investment allocations while having ownership of core economy and premium products in the portfolioWe are seeking a sharp, analytical and experienced marketplace manager to join this team. The candidate will lead marketplace health for the region and independently own key decisions around pricing and budgeting. They will also hold critical product relationships with global marketplace teams as well as multiple cross-functional stakeholders. Your Impact in Role
  • Shape and execute the premium product portfolio strategy, run governance and track progress to OKRs and leverage Strategic insights and data to identify grow these products for ANZ in a sustainable manner
  • Partner with XFN teams to drive growth of these products and lead cross functional work streams, closely partnering with Ops and Strategy teams, Marketing, BD etc
  • Work closely with our global product managers to surface requirements and help shape the product for an ANZ market fit
  • Build targets and work with teams across all functions to define the joint roadmap to achieve them while owning the products growth end to end.
The Experience You’ll Bring
  • Solid operational and analytical experience gained in a tech company, finance, operational management or consulting
  • You naturally take a highly analytical approach to everything you do with strong attention to detail and accuracy. You know how to use data to make decisions, with the ability to interpret data and communicate results in a structured and compelling manner to less technical audiences (e.g. leadership team, commercial POCs)
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency working across large data sets and SQL experience (e.g. write complex queries, navigate multi-layered databases) is ideal
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting data & insights to a sophisticated audience
