This is what we believe makes our team strong by looking into matters from multiple angles and building up solutions without any compromise About The RoleAs a New Verticals In-app Merchandising Operations Manager, you will provide an outstanding in-app experience by optimizing and innovating the way we present our products and campaigns.You will inspire discovery of curated items across the platform and play a meaningful role in crafting the future of the merchandising function. You will also be responsible to drive programmatic improvements on critical business goals related to consumer strategy, merchant initiatives and selection optimization. Your Impact In Role
  • Build consumer-centric and product driven selection & site merchandising program strategies and strategy development
  • Identify growth pillar and recommend optimizations for program execution based on consumer insights, competitor landscape and assessment of business results
  • Drive in-app merchandising and content strategy, including creation, QA, testing, and optimization of curated collections to improve consumer engagement. Operationalize campaigns, crafting outstanding promotions displays while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
  • Orchestrate and bring together the work of cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal
  • Collaborate with global Product team to guide the development of our solutions based on business and consumer needs. Project manage cross-functional work streams for key Product roll-outs across New Verticals
The Experience You’ll Bring
  • Advanced understanding of how app and/or site merchandising, selection, catalog, item data, and digital products work
  • Understanding of Merchandising strategy, planning, and execution and the underlying technology used to deliver Merchandising experiences
  • Understanding of consumer, market, and industry trends and emerging challenges within Grocery and Merchandising environments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
