About The RoleAt Uber Eats, the Operations teams are the heart and soul of the company! These are the teams that take our global product and localize it to an assigned market. In this context, this role is an outstanding opportunity to have a direct impact in building and crafting the category of food delivery and the future of Uber Eats in Switzerland. As an Eater Operations Growth Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the eater acquisition, retention, and engagement strategy in Switzerland, while working hand-in-hand with both the local Territory teams to align on the strategy and with the rest of the Operations team to ensure you are using key insights and tools.This role calls for a combination of savvy analytics, critical thinking, strong execution, and the interpersonal ability to work alongside a team of Operation Managers! What The Candidate Will Do
  • Own large-scale projects, run experiments and execute in-app promotional campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement;
  • Manage the millions' of users' lifecycle, and define segmentation strategies based on analytical insights;
  • Build relationships with external partners/agencies to develop & run external user acquisition campaigns and support the marketing team on brand activation campaigns;
  • Develop useful tools, dashboards, and processes to track performance and drive actionable insights; report findings to senior leadership to define long-term strategy and decision-making;
  • Manage the consumer growth budget to ensure it is invested in efficient growth levers, while meeting our broader business objectives;
  • Improve unit economics by nudging users to more profitable choice, leveraging user pricing & impacting order size and retention;
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with other operations teams as well as Strategic Finance, Brand Marketing, Customer Support to ensure insights inform broader critical initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in a similar role (such as Operations, Growth, Tech, Finance/Consulting, Consumer Marketing), having managed stakeholders and demonstrated an ability to adapt to a fast-moving working environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as stakeholder management, consensus building, and project management: you will be the advocate of the consumer internally in Uber.
  • We're looking for well rounded candidates with a lot of common sense, so we won't list all the basic qualifications like Data analytics or Stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken & written) is a requirement.
  • Proficiency in French or German or both (spoken & written) is a requirement.
