About The RoleWe are seeking for a resourceful and driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to focus on growing our connections with broad restaurant brands within the region. This is a central role in our sales efficiency across Uber Eats in Latin America!Our ideal aspirant has experience running accounts in the Enterprise space and is empathetic, data-driven, and a self-starter.In this role, you will be responsible for leading our regional relationship with key brands and driving the go-to-market strategy, sales cycle, and upsell of products, services, and new business opportunities. Although this is an individual contributor role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams across the region, and you will require a high level of leadership (influence and persuasion) and stakeholder management.Our ideal candidate shall have experience leading E2E commercial processes, and project management activities, and a track record of developing and implementing new business opportunities and deal-making across B2B segments. They must have a self-starter spirit, enjoy rolling up their sleeves, and have a natural customer focus.This exciting opportunity will require balancing short-term needs and long-term investments across multiple regions; having a collaborative, process-driven, and decisive working style, and acting as a true owner of this business segment. What You'll Do
  • Lead the growth of large restaurant brands in LatAm, through corporate-level agreements
  • Regional relationship - ownership - subregional enablement and support for local deals
  • Framework and management strategy for brands - adapt & implement at a local level
  • Be responsible for the sales cycle from outreach to full rollout; engage and efficiently align in C-level meetings, actively listen to understand business objectives and challenges
  • Development and implementation of JBPs/ yearly plans with brands and alignment on goals and priorities internally and externally
  • Drive business cadence for Monthly / Quarterly Business Reviews & weekly/bi-weekly touch points
  • Upselling new services/products/features
  • Provide expertise, mentorship, and support to the Enterprise Strategic teams across all LatAm countries
  • Build and develop the community of teams focused on brand segments, promote teamwork, best practice sharing, and accountability
What You'll Need
  • 5 - 7 years of consistent track record in account management and cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations are highly encouraged!
  • Experience working with Account Managers for Enterprise/Big Accounts, preferably across multiple locations
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as stakeholder management, project management background, and data analysis experience
  • Passion for establishing relationships and experience with cross-functional collaborations and driving through impact and influence

  • Familiar with the Online Food Delivery Industry
