About the job
The TA Operations NAMER Lead will serve as a critical partner to the TA organization, acting as a strategic advisor to Talent Acquisition as well as external stakeholders including Employment Legal, Compliance, Compensation, and HR in the NAMER region . You’re someone who is a thought leader with the ability to help evolve, own and scale some of the most impactful tools and processes within the recruiting organization.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:

Be an owner as a TA Operations subject matter expert to provide support to our stakeholders in the NAMER region which includes the U.S. and Canada.

Assess and implement regional law requirements that impact our TA Operational processes.

Manage and maintain employment contract process and templates for the NAMER region.

Maintain and transact req and offer approval process in global queue.

Support interview scheduling as needed for NAMER and LATAM.

Identify process improvement opportunities and present solutions to achieve a desired outcome.

Partner in developing the team capabilities while remaining focused on process and program improvement to help our team globally.

Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials and educate those around you of new programs or process change.

Preemptively identify and risk involved with your programs and processes and work proactively to remove any roadblocks.
Qualifications
Required:
-
3+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition and experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and other recruiting technology.

Strong business background and experience working cross-functionally with many cross-functional stakeholders including, finance, compensation, and HR operations teams on a global scale.

Highly effective process documentation skills with the ability to create efficient programs that involve multiple stakeholders.

Exposure to global programs that involve government regulations based on country laws

Ability to prioritize tasks and be a self-starter.

Oversee multiple data sets and create viable solutions in a sometimes ambiguous environment.

Analyze information and processes to identify trends and diagnose problem and/or risk areas to introduce efficiency.

You are decisive and capture the data needed to make informed decisions quickly.
Location
This role is remote in Colombia. It is not eligible for hire in the U.S. or Canada.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
