  • Identify, negotiate, and execute innovative partnerships with key strategic partners including structuring creative commercial frameworks and product solutions that drive measurable business impact.

  • Track, analyze, and optimize partnership performance; own reporting and business reviews with leadership, including metrics such as unit economics, ROAS, efficiency, incrementality, and financial performance.

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, PR, Legal, and leadership to influence product roadmaps, support partner launches, and ensure successful ongoing partner integrations.

  • Develop and manage a team of Business Development & Partnership Managers while building scalable processes to support complex partnerships, integrations, and ongoing operational needs.

  • Serve as the primary internal advocate for partners and represent Turo externally with partner leadership teams and at industry events, ensuring strong executive relationships and alignment.

Your profile

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in business development, partnerships and/or strategy.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; or relevant work experience in business development or business management

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with strong executive presence.

  • Self-directed and entrepreneurial, with the ability to pioneer new approaches while rigorously measuring outcomes.

  • Deep understanding and extensive experience developing partnerships with OTAs, credit card companies, airlines, hotels, travel aggregators, distribution partners and other potential Turo demand channels.

  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling partnerships, products and programs driving meaningful levels of profitable growth.

  • Strong analytical capability, including experience defining, tracking, and evaluating ROI, incrementality, and partnership financial performance.

  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proven experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.

  • Strong data-driven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with sound judgment under pressure.
