About the Team

As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Recruiting to lead our hiring strategy, scale our talent function, and ensure we continue to attract world-class talent while embracing emerging trends in recruiting and AI-driven efficiency.

In this high-impact leadership role, you will report to our Chief People Officer and you will oversee our high-performing recruiting team, define strategic priorities, and partner with executive stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class hiring experience. You’ll champion innovation in recruiting—leveraging data, automation, and AI tools where appropriate to streamline processes, elevate candidate experience, and support high-volume hiring at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators across multiple functions and geographies.

  • Define and drive full-cycle recruiting strategies for technical, go-to-market, and G&A roles.

  • Partner closely with department leaders and executives to anticipate talent needs and guide workforce planning.

  • Stay on top of emerging talent trends—including AI in recruiting, candidate behavior shifts, and market compensation benchmarks—and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Implement and optimize tools and platforms (e.g., Workday, Gem, Meta View, AI-powered screening tools) to boost recruiter productivity and reduce time-to-hire.

  • Create data-driven dashboards to monitor recruiting health, pipeline metrics, diversity goals, recruiter productivity, and funnel conversion.

  • Drive continuous improvement in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience processes.

  • Ensure that we continue with our inclusive hiring practices and outreach efforts.

  • Collaborate with People Operations, Compensation, Finance, and Business Operations to align on headcount, budgeting, and hiring forecasts.

Who You Are

  • 7–10+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a fast-paced tech company.

  • Proven track record of scaling high-performing teams and hiring across diverse functions in competitive markets.

  • Strong understanding of recruiting trends, technologies, and employer branding strategies.

  • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and automation to drive hiring efficiency and eliminate low-value tasks.

  • Deep expertise in building scalable, data-informed recruiting programs that deliver measurable results.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change skills.

  • Committed to building diverse, inclusive teams and embedding equity into every stage of the hiring process.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to execution.

For this role, the target base salary range in San Francisco is $180,000 - $203,000 annually. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. In general, our ranges reflect the market-based target for new hire salaries based on the level and location of the role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by objective factors assessed during the application and interview process, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
