This position will be responsible for leading the development and execution of best-in-class engagement programs ranging from loyalty, mentorship, and engagement to helping grow and retain the Turo community.</span> </p> <p style="line-height:1.2;"> <span style="font-weight:400;font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10pt;">This role represents an exciting opportunity to be a key player in our business by launching and scaling programs that significantly impact our community and increase its success. The ideal candidate is an organized, high-EQ critical thinker experienced in driving and scaling complex projects. Success in this role involves being comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment and thriving when working with teammates to achieve ambitious goals. It is also crucial to have microscopic attention to detail, a love of numbers and data, and a keen eye for creative execution.</span> </p> <p style="line-height:1.2;"> <strong> <span style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">What you’ll do</span> </strong> </p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10pt;">Lead the end-to-end scoping, planning, execution, and launch of strategic initiatives to deliver success for our hosts and guests.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10pt;">Oversee our host loyalty program by coordinating program communications, analyzing program satisfaction, and leveraging our sales team and other functions to bring more satisfaction to our top hosts.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10pt;">Identify and anticipate initiatives’ roadblocks, measure and manage risk, and seek solutions to mitigate them.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10pt;">Design, automate, scale, and iterate on our host mentorship program, including end-to-end coordination of the program experience, producing creative deliverables, and ensuring alignment with broader program vision to boost enrollment, engagement, and mentee success.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10pt;">Manage end-to-end development and execution of marketing campaigns related to your programs.
