In this role, you will work to develop core and computer vision software for Turion’s Ground Segment. This will involve working with system drivers, operating logic, data processing, and machine learning for data exploitation. You will contribute to building out Turion’s proliferated ground sensor network and help Turion become a space data superpower.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the research, design, implementation, and testing of CV and/or AI/ML software
- Develop core software for Turion’s ground-segment systems
- Build monitoring systems for deployed vision systems
- Analyze large datasets gathered from the ground-segment systems
- Identify opportunities to improve ground-segment's performance and efficiency
- Assist in the deployment of new ground-segment sites
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong experience in C++ and Python
- Experience with edge deployed vision systems
- Hands-on experience in prototyping and maturing ML algorithms
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, self-driven entrepreneurial workplace
- Bachelor's Computer Science degree or a related field.
- The ability to obtain and maintain an active DOD Secret or Top Secret clearance.
