In this role, you will be the trusted advisor for utilities, directly influencing how key customers operating critical energy and water infrastructure adopt innovative technologies. In this role, you will shape the future of utility operations across Sweden and Norway. The Customer Success team is a key part of O&PS International, focused on helping customers maximize the value of the solutions offered by Trimble. We understand client needs, advocate for them internally, and execute strategies that drive loyalty and sales growth. Our team of professional Customer Success Managers each manages a specific client portfolio.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. By building trusted advisor relationships, you will enhance retention and identify growth opportunities in close collaboration with our international sales, product management and professional services teams.

Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain robust customer relationships.
- Act as a strategic liaison, communicating customer insights and needs to product, engineering, and sales teams.
- Drive product adoption and usage to ensure clients fully leverage their technology investment.
- Drive customer retention and identify growth opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor customer health and satisfaction, proactively solving problems to deliver value.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure customer success.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in account management or otherwise taking care of customers well-being.
- Experience working with critical asset and infrastructure owners within the utility industry.
- Experience in the B2B software and solutions industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the versatility to thrive both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Professional verbal and written proficiency in Swedish and English.
Bonus Points For:
- Professional verbal and written proficiency in Norwegian.
Logistics:
- Location: Västerås, Sweden
- Travel Requirement: 15% (occasionally travel to visit clients)
