In this role, you will be pivotal in nurturing and growing strategic relationships with prominent enterprise-market clients like VolkerWessels, SPIE, Loohuis, Heijmans, Equans and Haskoning etc.


You will directly influence how major industry leaders adopt Trimble Connected Construction workflows, shaping the future of digital construction technology across the region.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Nurture and expand strategic relationships with premier enterprise-market construction industry clients to deeply understand their business objectives, challenges and pain points to provide tailored solutions to them.
  • Champion the Trimble Connected Construction workflow by demonstrating the high-impact value of our cloud platform solutions like Viewpoint, ProjectSight, Trimble Connect, and Stabicad.
  • Design and execute tailored strategic account plans to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through revenue growth, footprint expansion, and the adoption of Trimble solutions across both existing enterprise accounts and new client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with internal product development teams by providing valuable market insights and feedback to continuously enhance Trimble's cutting-edge offerings.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify fresh opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing and new accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account information in Salesforce to prepare regular reports on account performance and revenue forecasts.


Essential Skills & Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales within the software (SaaS) or technology space.
  • Outstanding relationship management skills.
  • Professional fluency in both Dutch and English with exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to engage with clients directly across the region.

Bonus Points For

  • Familiarity with the construction industry or a solid understanding of digital construction software workflows.
  • Experience managing major tier-one enterprise construction accounts
  • High proficiency using Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines, record client interactions, and forecast revenue.

Logistics

  • Location: Bodegraven, Netherlands (Office and home -based with local travel)
  • Travel Requirement: 30% to 40%
