We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer to help enhance our ERP ADPs for data & application interoperability. You'll work hands-on with multiple ERP systems, integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities using OpenAI, ChatGPT, and related technologies. In this individual contributor role, you will apply your in-depth knowledge to develop AI-powered features, improve our products using best practices, and drive releases that delight our customers.

What You Will Do:
Help build next generation API interface to existing ERP suite using AI technologies
Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions within our ERP products, leveraging OpenAI, ChatGPT, and other relevant AI frameworks, working independently on day-to-day tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, utilizing your knowledge of internal and external business issues to translate them into AI-driven features that enhance customer experiences.
Work on problems of diverse scope, evaluating identifiable factors and demonstrating good judgment to select the best methods and techniques for AI feature development.
Lead small AI feature projects or initiatives with manageable risks and resource requirements, guiding them from concept to production.
Act as a key resource and provide informal guidance for colleagues with less experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and continuously explore new opportunities to leverage them within our ERP ecosystem.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in ML/AI-related roles with expertise in building and deploying AI solutions.
Prompt Engineering: Engineer prompts and optimize few-shot techniques to enhance LLMs performance on specific tasks (e.g., personalized recommendations).
Model Evaluation & Optimization: Evaluate LLMs zero-shot and few-shot capabilities, fine-tuning hyperparameters to ensure task generalization, and exploring model interpretability for robust web app integration.
Response Quality: Collaborate with ML and Integration engineers to leverage LLMs' pre-trained potential, delivering contextually appropriate responses in a user-friendly web app.
Programming & Tools: Proficient in Python with hands-on experience working with machine learning and NLP processing techniques and tools.
Databases: Experience working with NoSQL databases and Vector DBs.
Generative AI: Solid experience developing and implementing generative AI models with a strong understanding of deep learning techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.
Frameworks: Proficient in Langchain LLM.
Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Required Technical Skills: Azure Open AI, OpenAI Studio, GPT-3/GPT-4.
