What Makes This Role Great:

The Team Leader Growth Marketing for Carriers & LSPs is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining the marketing growth roadmap for our logistics service provider and carrier segments. You will lead a team of specialists to build, execute, and scale high-impact demand generation programs.

As a "player-coach," you will balance high-level strategic planning with the mentorship of your team, ensuring that every campaign—from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion - is data-driven, innovative, and aligned with our revenue targets. You will be the primary bridge between the Growth team and the Sales/BDR leadership, ensuring a seamless handoff and a unified approach to the market.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop the overarching growth strategy for the Carrier and LSP segments, aligning marketing objectives with company-wide ARR and expansion goals.

  • Team Management & Mentorship: Lead and develop a small team of Growth Marketing Managers. Provide coaching on campaign design, technical execution, and professional development.

  • Full-Funnel Orchestration: Oversee the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, events, and ABM) aimed at acquiring and retaining high-value carrier accounts.

  • Revenue Alignment: Partner closely with Sales and BDR leadership to optimize lead flow, refine account targeting, and ensure marketing-sourced pipeline converts to closed-won revenue.

  • Hands-on Campaign Execution: Maintain direct ownership of key campaign workstreams. You will personally build, launch, and manage high-priority demand generation programs (Email, Paid Social, ABM) alongside your team.

  • Budget & Resource Allocation: Own the marketing budget for the Carrier segment, making data-backed decisions on where to invest for the highest ROI.

  • Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Define and track metrics for the department. Deliver regular performance reports to executive leadership, identifying bottlenecks in the funnel and implementing corrective strategies.

  • Tech Stack Optimization: Collaborate with Marketing Ops to ensure the team has the tools (CRM, Automation, Intent Data) necessary to execute personalized, scalable campaigns.

  • AI Adoption & Innovation: You will lead the team’s transition to AI-driven marketing, automating routine tasks and leveraging predictive analytics to increase campaign output and precision.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary growth voice in cross-functional squads involving Sales, BDR, Product Management, Content, and Creative to ensure product launches and brand narratives resonate with the carrier market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Growth/Demand Gen, with at least 1–2 years in a formal leadership or team-lead capacity.

  • Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the logistics, supply chain, or carrier industry is highly preferred.

  • Strategic Execution: Proven track record of scaling demand generation programs

  • Data Fluency: Expert-level ability to interpret complex data sets, perform cohort analysis, and use BI tools to drive marketing decisions.

  • Communication: Exceptional business English (written and verbal)

  • Project Governance: Advanced project management skills; ability to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of quality.
