AECO: The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be the primarily responsible for growth for the Malaysia territory, directly influencing the digital transformation of the AECO industry. You will have the unique opportunity to lead complex solution sales and build a self-authored success story by empowering a local network of partners to deliver high-value, sustainable outcomes.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the expansion of enterprise software sales across Malaysia to achieve and exceed high-impact revenue targets.

  • Cultivate strategic long-term cooperation models with channel partners, distributors and resellers to secure high-quality customer accounts.

  • Evaluate and capture key software transaction opportunities, implementing visionary sales initiatives that provide long-term business value.

  • Orchestrate a collaborative ecosystem involving license consultants and customer success managers to drive a robust, growth-oriented sales culture.

  • Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts that inform regional business strategy and operational excellence.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of proven channel sales management experience specifically within the SaaS or software industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex solution sales discussions and guide partners toward high-value closures.

  • Strong background in reseller management with the talent to engage end-users and effectively pitch enterprise solutions.

  • Deep professional experience and established market knowledge within Malaysia and/or SEA countries.

  • Knowledge, contacts and experience selling into the AECO space.

  • Proven ability to drive results via GTM with resellers & demand generation

Bonus Points For:

  • Existing relationships with key resellers in the AECO, ICT, or IT industries across Malaysia.

  • Experience navigating the intersection of hardware and software within industrial technology sectors.
