Key Exciting Responsibilities
Direct a global, cross-functional engineering organization, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Partner with Marketing and Product teams to define and execute long-term strategic roadmaps that maintain our competitive edge.
Drive "Time-to-Market" initiatives by optimizing the engineering lifecycle and refining project execution frameworks.
Oversee budget forecasting and resource allocation to ensure high-impact alignment with business goals.
Serve as a key technical stakeholder to ensure Reality Capture technologies integrate seamlessly into the broader Trimble ecosystem.
Essential Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience leading the design and development of complex, high-precision products.
Accomplished leader with a track record of delivering through global, cross-functional teams and outstanding communication skills.
Proven expertise in Reality Capture technologies such as LiDAR, Photogrammetry, or 3D Scanning.
Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a relevant scientific or engineering field.
Deep understanding of the full product development lifecycle where hardware meets edge and cloud computing.
Exceptional ability to identify technical risks early and provide decisive, strategic solutions.
Bonus Points For
Experience scaling engineering organizations across multiple global sites.
Background in embedding advanced data processing into customer-facing cloud workflows.
Fluency in English is required. Additional proficiency in German or French would be highly advantageous
