Key Responsibilities
Lead a Specialized Product: Build and run a diverse team of engineers, designers, and product managers.
Architect the Strategy: Define and communicate the product’s vision, success metrics, and long-term roadmap.
Drive Business Growth: Act as the primary decision-maker for resource allocation to hit revenue and profitability goals.
Deliver Excellence: Ensure high-velocity delivery with minimal dependencies and top-tier reliability.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven Ownership: Experience leading a product from concept to measurable business success.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Expertise guiding product and engineering stakeholders.
Decisive Under Ambiguity: Ability to make critical decisions and provide crisp written communication.
Data-Driven Mindset: Comfort using KPIs/OKRs to prioritize work based on customer signals.
Bonus Points For:
Experience in Transportation or Logistics technology.
Background in scaling platform services or SaaS point solutions.
Expertise in Sean Ellis tests or advanced NPS/CES frameworks.
