Trimble is looking for a dynamic intern to dive into high-impact projects, from launching global internal email campaigns to helping implement our brand-new employer value proposition, all while using cutting-edge AI and design tools!

This isn't your average internship; you will be at the heart of Trimble’s brand evolution and communication strategy, connecting employees across the globe. You will gain hands-on mastery of a professional tech stack—including Google Analytics, Canva, and AI tools—while owning the lifecycle of content from initial writing and design to final performance tracking.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Develop and execute engaging email campaigns and digital communications that reach a global audience.
Write and edit compelling content for diverse platforms, ensuring a consistent and inclusive brand voice.
Manage content creation requests and coordinate content creation intake, including scheduling and leading initial meetings to define project requirements and collect necessary wireframe documentation for new Charlie content.
Assist with posting to news and community spaces, including editing and/or creating communications and posting on behalf of others.
Help track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
Support the implementation of the employer value proposition project to enhance Trimble’s global brand identity.
Essential Skills & Experience
Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related business field.
Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and storytelling.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, professional, and friendly messaging.
Proactive mindset with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
Must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
Bonus Points For:
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, LumApps or Workshop.
Experience or interest in using AI tools to enhance marketing workflows.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics or digital communication trends.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
