In this role, you will be at the heart of our global creative engine, moving beyond simple execution to lead the conceptualization of high-impact collateral that defines the Trimble brand across multiple continents. You will have the unique opportunity to act as a creative mentor, shaping the next generation of designers while solving complex business problems through sophisticated visual communication and cutting-edge design technology.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Spearhead the conceptualization and design of high-quality print and digital materials that inspire and inform global audiences.
Lead creative brainstorming sessions and mentor junior designers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Partner with Art Directors and Marketing Leads to translate complex business visions into best-in-class visual solutions.
Master and implement the latest design trends and Adobe Creative Suite advances to deliver high-performance production assets.
Essential Skills & Experience
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and advanced understanding of complex print and digital production processes.
Proven ability to lead collaborative design projects and communicate creative concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in composition, color theory, and professional-grade visual storytelling.
Degree or formal qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or Marketing.
Advanced illustration skills with the ability to create custom vector assets and hand-drawn elements that enhance brand storytelling across various media.
Bonus Points For:
Experience working within a global corporate environment or agency.
Advanced knowledge of UI/UX principles or motion graphics.
Established track record of successfully managing high-volume design workflows.
