In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation by directly integrating AI and machine learning into our Freight Audit workflows, ensuring that our technology provides maximum efficiency and helps shape the future of intelligent logistics operations.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Freight Audit teams to identify and evaluate high-impact business use cases that can be optimized through AI integration.
Develop and deliver engaging training resources to help internal users effectively adopt and master new AI tools and platforms.
Act as a technical bridge by translating business needs into actionable tasks for IT teams while providing hands-on implementation support.
Monitor and report on AI adoption metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the impact and success of automated initiatives.
Analyze complex shipment data systems to identify problematic trends and implement proactive corrective actions that ensure data integrity.
Essential Skills & Experience
1+ year of experience working with AI, machine learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and related technical platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical AI value.
Intermediate English proficiency for effective business communication and technical documentation.
Proven proficiency in JIRA and data tools such as Google Sheets or MS Excel.
Bonus Points For:
Technical degree or formal education in a computer science or data-related field.
1+ year of professional experience within the Freight Audit or Logistics industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile setting.
