What Makes This Role Great
In this role, you will be the primary architect of customer success, owning the end-to-end journey of software implementation for major accounts. You will have the unique opportunity to analyze diverse business environments and design cohesive project plans that directly improve how essential infrastructure is built and managed globally.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Spearhead high-impact software implementation projects from inception to completion, serving as the lead liaison between Trimble, clients, and third-party vendors.
Transform complex customer business requirements into innovative project designs and strategic implementation methodologies.
Orchestrate cross-functional internal and external resources to hit critical delivery milestones and maintain accurate forecasting.
Empower clients through expert education on data flow and operational setups, ensuring long-term sustainability and project ROI.
Drive account management excellence by resolving high-level issues and managing comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
Essential Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business or other relevant discipline plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or related roles. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Excellent knowledge of project management methodology and practices (PMBOK, Agile, etc.)
Ability to work with and coordinate internal and external resources to develop plans, execute implementation strategy, and maintain a cohesive team approach towards completing projects.
Strong knowledge and experience identifying risks as well as implementing risk mitigation plans.
Accomplished client-management skills, relationship-building skills, requirements gathering experience, and negotiating skills.
Must be able to successfully drive a large number of multiple projects in parallel.
Must be able to manage remote project teams in a matrix environment.
Bonus Points For
Prior experience in a consulting and professional services environment.
Project management experience with ERP software implementations.
Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices (e.g. accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, purchase orders, general ledger).
Familiarity with the construction industry.
Solid working knowledge of Google Mail/Calendar, Smartsheet, and Salesforce.
Experience with a PSA or similar preferred (Kantata, Kimble, etc.)
Travel Requirement: 10%

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
