This position offers a rare front-row seat to the entire sales lifecycle, where you will act as a cross-functional bridge between Finance, Marketing, and Sales to drive the high-stakes annual planning cycle and ensure the integrity of our

global revenue data.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Drive the annual sales planning cycle, ensuring total alignment and execution of sales compensation details for major global events like the annual SKO.

  • Master the Salesforce ecosystem by managing complex territories, account assignments, and compliance rules to ensure a high-performance sales environment.

  • Partner with Revenue supporting teams to design and roll out advanced system enhancements, reports, and DOMO dashboards that provide critical business insights.

  • Act as a guardian of data integrity, investigating and resolving commission discrepancies and validating quota assignments to ensure fair and accurate payouts.

  • Support sales leadership by translating raw data into actionable ad-hoc reports and strategic documentation for operating procedures.

  • Cross-functional player: As part of the Sales Operations group, partner with other Revenue supporting teams as needed (i.e. Enablement, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product).

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or Information Systems.

  • 2–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytical role.

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to utilize pivot tables and complex formulas for data analysis.

  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Bonus Points For:

  • Practical experience building reports or dashboards within Salesforce or DOMO.

  • Familiarity with sales compensation structures and commission validation processes.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Office-Based)

Travel Requirement: 10%
