Stabicad is the premier design software for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) professionals. It empowers engineers and contractors to design complex building systems with speed and high accuracy within Revit, AutoCAD and IntelliCAD environments.

We have a robust, largely staffed development department ready to execute, and we need a Product Manager with the vision to steer that capacity toward maximum business impact. In this role, you will enjoy the autonomy to run the Stabicad portfolio while being backed by a senior group of product professionals. You will have the unique opportunity to steer a market-leading MEP solution during an exciting phase of accelerated growth, directly influencing the digital workflows of engineers and contractors worldwide.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Own the Strategic Roadmap: Develop and communicate a compelling vision for Stabicad that balances customer pain points with aggressive business growth goals.
- Hands-On Collaboration: Work closely with development on increment and quarterly planning. You will be involved in backlog grooming and sprint planning, translating customer problems into detailed specifications and validated solutions.
- Drive Business and Customer Value: Ensure every roadmap item has a clear purpose. You will articulate the What, Why, and Who to the development team, ensuring our work drives tangible business metrics.
- Master the Market: Immerse yourself in MEP workflows across Europe to become the expert on persona needs and regional market differences.
- Drive Data-Informed Growth: Utilize quantitative usage data and direct qualitative customer interviews to establish OKRs and track product success.
- Orchestrate Global Launches: Act as the central hub for international stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Product Expertise: You bring 3+ years of solid software product management experience, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities autonomously.
- Strategic & Technical Grit: You are strategic, but you love the details. You are willing to deeply understand the software and the customer’s specific problems. You can write detailed specifications and discuss technical solutions ("The How") with developers without losing sight of the business value ("The Why").
- Collaborative Communicator: You are an articulate leader capable of fostering alignment across diverse teams in the Netherlands, UK, France, Romania, and India.
- Language: Fluency in English is required to lead in our international environment.
Bonus Points For:
- Industry Knowledge: A technical background or deep familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) or the wider construction industry.
- Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in French or Dutch is a significant plus.

Travel Requirement: 10% (Estimated for cross-office collaboration and customer visits).
