T&L: In the Transportation & Logistics segment, our solutions make it safer, simpler and more efficient to move freight—bringing together a global network of shippers, carriers, brokers and 3PLs.
What Makes This Role Great:
In this role, you'll be the administrative backbone that helps keep the T&L Revenue Enablement team running smoothly, gaining foundational professional experience in enablement operations. You will have the unique opportunity to transition from managing administrative logistics to learning instructional design and creating training content within a global tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Communication & Triage: Handle the team's shared G Drive, calendar, and inbox while acting as the first point of contact for routine administrative inquiries.
Support New Joiner Onboarding: Work with the team to assist with new sales joiners' onboarding and their enrollment in the sales onboarding program.
Coordinate Training Logistics: Assist with the setup, scheduling, and logistical coordination for internal training sessions and team meetings.
Organize Data & Reporting: Collect and accurately organize raw data on training attendance and program completion to produce reports on system usage.
Maintain Content & Tools: Support the maintenance of the content catalogue and learning systems (LMS/Seismic) by performing routine administrative tasks like uploading or checking files under supervision.
Essential Skills & Experience
English Proficiency: You possess strong oral and written communication skills in English and are comfortable using the language professionally.
Current Student Status: You are currently a student able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week for a one year.
Organizational Excellence: You have exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Technical Aptitude: You are proficient with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office (especially Sheets/Excel) and are eager to learn enablement tools and systems like Seismic.
Proactive Attitude: You are a quick learner, able to work on your own initiative.
Bonus Points For:
A strong desire to learn about administrative coordination and learning management systems.
An interest in developing skills in instructional design and training content creation.
