About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional marketing operations programs that improve efficiency, enable growth, and ensure seamless execution across marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in marketing operations, strong program management capabilities, and a proven ability to drive alignment between marketing and connecting teams.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management
  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of marketing operations programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

  • Oversee sprint planning, project prioritization, backlog grooming, and execution across campaigns, systems, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and dashboards for leadership visibility.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation plans proactively.

  • Manage prioritization, backlog and updates around marketing technology enhancements, change requests, and issues. Facilitate build and implementation of technology roadmap.

  • Coordinate with Business Systems group and tickets on marketing requests to central business systems.

Marketing Operations & Enablement
  • Partner with PMO and Marketing Leadership to define and refine marketing operations strategy and governance.

  • Drive the implementation and optimization of marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and campaign management tools (e.g., Marketo, Domo, Salesforce, Wrike).

  • Collaborate with PMO and connected teams to evolve best practices for campaign tracking, performance reporting, and budget utilization.

  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights that inform marketing strategy and performance improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Act as a key liaison between marketing and related teams to ensure operational efficiency and alignment.

  • Facilitate quarterly and annual planning sessions for marketing programs and campaigns.

  • Support change management and communication strategies for new systems, processes, and tools.

Performance Measurement & Reporting
  • Define KPIs, track progress, and report on program performance to senior leadership.

  • Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Develop executive summaries and presentations highlighting marketing performance, efficiency gains, and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or related functions.

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, campaign execution, and revenue operations.

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale cross-functional projects and deliver measurable results.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

  • Highly collaborative and able to influence without direct authority.

  • Passionate about improving processes and enabling marketing teams to scale effectively.

Preferred:

  • PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile certification.

  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

  • Familiarity with SaaS or technology industry environments.
