AECO Americas has a robust channel business that is currently being transformed and unified to prioritize the delivery of unique workflows over the sales of disparate product lines. As we actively implement an omnichannel strategy, an experienced Americas Program Manager will be critical in elevating the capabilities of our professional partners throughout this transformation.
What You Will Do
An exciting opportunity to join us as our AECO Americas Regional Distribution Program Manager. You’ll become a member of the Global Trimble Revenue Strategy Channel Team covering America’s Architecture, Engineering and Construction Markets. You’ll make the most of your existing knowledge, skills and positive attitude to help further develop and execute a strategy for Distributors & Key Resellers in the region. Grow the channel pipeline via implementing a rock solid distribution framework, create a structure and programs that best support the revenue growth plan through distributors and Key resellers. Additionally you will:
Extensive experience in software distribution, with at least 2 years in distribution sales management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and implement distribution transformations.
Expertise in sales distribution management, including understanding of ARR/ACV, rebates, and incentives for various product volumes.
Proficiency in using reporting tools (e.g., DOMO) and spreadsheets for data analysis and trend identification.
Strong skills in project management, negotiation, and influence.
Proven experience in developing and managing partner program frameworks in vendor or distributor settings.
Excellent English language proficiency.
Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
Develop and assess channel frameworks and partner performance.
Implement compliance processes to manage partner status in Americas.
Transform distribution models for efficiency and scalability.
Assist in setting partner targets and configurations.
Support adoption of tools for business planning and forecasting.
Align distribution programs with regional sales strategies.
Create documentation for new programs.
Ensure A strategies align with global channel decisions.
Update regional channel leads on distribution progress.
Collaborate with legal, operations, and finance teams on contracts and processes.
Analyze data to improve distributor performance and program effectiveness.
Establish and review KPIs for program success.
Use forecasting tools to set targets and adapt to market changes.
Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholder insights.
Contribute to strategic decisions with data analysis.
Implement continuous improvement through regular strategy assessments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and their senior management to foster collaboration and mutual growth.
Experience in the software industry.
What Skills & Experience You Could Bring
Experience/ knowledge of CAD , 3D BIM software , construction workflows would be useful but not essential
Bachelors degree in related field
Fluent English
Spanish will be a plus
