Your Title: Country Sales Executive

Job Location: Seoul, Korea

Are you interested in bringing cutting-edge Software Solutions to enable the Growth and Excellence of the Construction Market?

What You Will Do

As a Country Sales Executive for AECO in South Korea, you will work with our customers to ensure their ongoing success and win business. You will liaise closely with existing customers in the region, work to achieve sales targets, present our Trimble products to existing customers, and manage a growing sales pipeline.

Your job will include you using your knowledge of construction technologies like BIM to understand our customer’s needs and pitch our products as suitable solutions for their project design, planning, and execution. In this position, you will:

  • Prospect opportunities to existing customers

  • Promote our various solutions to Korea construction market

  • Develop and execute Sales Plans based on Trimble’s OKR to drive revenue

  • Forecast realistically and report sales funnels against performance

What skills & experience you should bring

  • Along with your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, your self-motivated nature, and your desire to collaborate with other technical professionals local and global, you will also possess the following skills:

  • Result-oriented, goal-focused and diligent attitude

  • Strong time management skills and ability to deliver results on time

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen to customer issues, understand customer workflows, and identify customer goals

  • Good organizational skills, a flexible mindset, and the ability to manage multiple task simultaneously

  • Be proficient in English, both written and verbal as well as fluent in Korean

  • Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent

  • Significant experience in Sales and Account Management

  • Experience in software or IT company sales, or revenue related roles

  • Knowledge of the construction industry is an added advantage.

  • Information About Your Location

  • Primarily supporting our customers in South Korea, you will be based in our Trimble office in Seoul, along with the rest of our Korean team (currently around 13 people). Some travel is involved, meeting with your customers.
