Guided Script Training: Interact directly with customers, offering essential training based on guided scripts. Your patient guidance will empower customers to make the most during transformations.
Attention to Detail: Display a strong commitment to precision and accuracy in all tasks undertaken. Your meticulousness will uphold the quality of our services.
Quick Learning Agility: Highlight your ability to grasp new concepts, applications and tools swiftly. Your aptitude as a quick learner will enhance your adaptability to evolving technological landscapes.
What Skills & Experience You Should Have
Demonstrate proficiency in English, utilizing excellent communication skills to engage and assist customers effectively.
Windows Server Proficiency
Possess a working knowledge of SQL, including backup, restore, and scripting functionalities.

VM Deployment Skills: Exhibit basic knowledge in the deployment of virtual machines, reflecting your understanding of virtualized environments.

Azure Storage Explorer Proficiency: Showcase basic proficiency in Azure Storage Explorer File Transfers, facilitating seamless data management within the Azure ecosystem.
