What You Will Do

This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless daily operations of the AECO Partner Program, playing a key part in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality support for both partners and internal teams. Key responsibilities include managing partner registrations, tracking program performance, generating reports & dashboards, and overseeing inbound and outbound operational activities. This role works closely with program leadership and sales teams to drive performance and achieve strategic goals.

Additionally, this position oversees the partner application process, ensuring smooth administrative setup and providing technical and operational onboarding for all new partners. This role may represent Trimble at CPA-specific marketing events, helping to expand and strengthen the partner network.   • Handle and direct all partner registrations, ensuring efficient processing and appropriate routing.

  • Lead the registration process, including processing, tracking, internal and external reporting, and maintaining accuracy in program records

  • Manage internal commission reporting, resolve conflicts, and secure necessary approvals to ensure accurate and timely payouts.

  • Oversee daily partner support, including managing inbound inquiries, triaging requests, and ensuring timely responses for partner success.

  • Facilitate new partner onboarding, handling both administrative setup and technical integration to ensure a seamless start.

  • Take ownership of assigned trade shows, managing logistics, coordination, and participation, while supporting additional events as needed.

  • Coordinate and distribute external communications, ensuring partners receive timely and relevant program updates.

  • Support marketing initiatives by assisting with campaign development, content creation, and promotional activities for the partner program.

  • Performance Measurement: Track and report on partnership and campaign performance. Use data to optimize strategies and demonstrate impact.

  • Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility of information. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into effective visual representations. Regularly update and refine dashboards based on feedback and evolving business requirements.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics and key stakeholders.

  • 2+ years in marketing operations or related roles within high-growth or tech-enabled environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred.Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

  • Experience in data management and reporting tools and technologies.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • In-depth knowledge of Partner Programs preferred but not required, including structure, engagement strategies, and performance optimization.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Self-starter with strong initiative, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve program performance.

  • Ability to oversee and execute multi-step projects, ensuring follow-through and successful completion.

  • Meticulous attention to detailed daily follow up and strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.

  • Have a passion for delivering timely service to all program constituents.

Compensation: This position is compensated by a combination of base salary plus commission earnings. Trimble provides the following compensation range and a general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
