About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Workday Systems Analyst, focusing on the Talent Acquisition Module, to join our talented team at Trimble. This role will play a critical role in optimizing and supporting Trimble’s Workday ecosystem, focusing on Core HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking & Absence Management Modules, and connected processes across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have wide functional and system knowledge paired with strong analytical and communication skills to partner with the business. This includes the evaluation of Workday released functionality, assessing and presenting options to enhance and streamline business processes, helping with questions from the COE users about system capabilities, management of multiple tasks including testing new features, configuring alerts and notifications, updates to business process definitions, and documentation of internal procedures as well as simple training materials.
What You Will Do
Functional configuration of Workday business processes
Troubleshooting production support issues
Gathering requirements, documenting designs, and evaluating options for change
Documenting business end to end process flows
Creating test plans, unit testing and leading business partners through User Acceptance Testing
Documenting changes and migrating new functionality to production
Demonstrating solutions to business stakeholders and fellow agile team members
Utilizing business knowledge to identify opportunities for process and operational improvement
What Skills & Experience You Should Have
5+ years of Workday experience, with deep functional knowledge of Core HCM and Talent Acquisition modules. Experience supporting a global organization is preferred.
Proficient in Workday configuration, reporting, and business process frameworks. Familiarity with security roles, calculated fields, and condition rules.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Workday certifications in Core HCM or Talent modules are a plus.
