Are you a highly experienced and results-driven Global Campaign Manager, keen to join a dynamic marketing team ready to make a significant impact for Trimble, a leading global tech company?

What You Will Do

In this role you will be pivotal in driving demand generation initiatives, executing impactful digital campaigns, and contributing to the company's growth objectives. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of global digital campaigns with our media agency, from strategy and planning to execution, analysis, and optimization. You will enable and support creative and imaginative thinking to drive the development and delivery of various campaigns.

To succeed, you should already possess a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, program management expertise, a proven track record of driving measurable results, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and regions.

This will see you involved in:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution:

    • Coordinate comprehensive demand generation campaigns aligned with Trimble's objectives and audience

    • Collaborate with marketing leads, product marketing, events team, sales, and regional teams to define campaign goals, strategies, and tactics

    • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

    • Work with the agency on a mix of digital channels, including email marketing, paid advertising (PPC, display, social), SEO/SEM, content marketing, webinars, and events.

  • Campaign Management, Collaboration & Communication:

    • Effectively plan and coordinate multiple campaign elements to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, and resource management

    • Manage complex projects, set priorities and manage multiple tasks

    • Lead a cross-discipline team of contributors through the campaignCommunicate campaign updates, results, and best practices to stakeholders

    • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed

    • Ensure that all campaigns adhere to global branding guidelines.

  • Technology & Innovation:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

    • Champion the adoption of disruptive digital marketing

  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:

    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance in partnership with analytics team

    • Facilitate A/B testing and data-driven improvement

    • Work with our marketing operations team to track performance.

  • Lead Management and Channel Enablement:

    • Work with marketing and channel operations to ensure proper lead flow and handoff

    • Provide channel teams with the tools and resources they need to effectively follow up on leads generated by campaigns.

What skills & experience you should bring

Along with your excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and ability to work independently or as part of a team, you will also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in digital demand generation, preferably in a B2B or technology environment

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global digital campaigns that drive measurable results

  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

  • Experience in digital marketing channels, including email marketing, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with global campaign localization

  • Nice to haves:

    • Prior advertising/marketing agency experience

    • Experience in the construction and/or surveying industries

    • Advanced certifications in digital marketing (e.g. Google Ads, Marketo, LinkedIn)

    • Experience with Wrike.
