Join our dynamic team in Brasov and drive innovation in web applications for managing critical utility networks (electricity, water, heating). As a key developer (backend or full-stack), you'll build and enhance software vital to our customers' core operations. What You Will Do:
Develop cutting-edge web application features;
Collaborate with product managers to define clear requirements;
Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including testing and documentation;
Engage in technical design reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables;
Continuously expand your technical expertise.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:
3+ years of relevant experience in software development;
Backend Focus: Deep C#/.NET knowledge, OOP, databases;
Full-Stack Advantage: Expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, application programming;
Solid understanding of software architectures, algorithms, and engineering principles; Experience with design, development, debugging tools, Git, and Docker;
Familiarity with various SDLC methodologies;
BS/BA in Tech or M.S. in Computer Engineering (or equivalent);
Fluent English (written and verbal).
Highly motivated and quick learner;
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities;
Test-driven development mindset;
Ability to learn and apply new technologies;
