Trimble Transportation is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Revenue Marketing team. In this role, you will operationalize cross-functional campaigns in Marketo. You will partner with Marketing stakeholders and leverage our MarTech stack to support their demand generation and revenue goals. This execution-focused role provides a great opportunity to grow your marketing operations skills in a dynamic, and collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, always looking for ways to take operational excellence to the next level and a strong team player who takes great pride in the quality, precision, and measurable results of their work.

You are ready, if you have...

  • advanced proficiency with Marketo; Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) would be a plus,
  • at least 2 years of experience in a Marketing Automation Operations or related technology role,
  • readiness to work closely with Marketing Team located in the US, in work schedule adjusted to different time-zone,
  • experience in a B2B and/or SaaS company,
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, technical discipline, business, information science, data science, or applicable experience,
  • great communication and collaboration skills, using English on a daily basis,
  • strong project management skills and ability to work on many projects simultaneously.


Transform yourself and become responsible for...

  • overseeing Marketo as a subject matter expert and establishing architecture governance for efficient, scalable, and best-in-class marketing campaigns,
  • developing campaign flows and designing new forms within the marketing automation platform to optimize user engagement and lead capture,
  • designing, building, and optimizing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and A/B testing,
  • optimizing email deliverability and ensuring emails are compliant following industry policies, CAN-SPAM regulations, and best practices to adhere to email marketing and deliverability standards,
  • developing and maintaining audience lists and contact lists ensuring data hygiene, and empowering customer and prospect communication,
  • implementing lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates,
  • staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing automation to drive innovation and efficiency.
