Your Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Location: Sweden - Danderyd (on-site)

Job Summary

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production lines and technicians. You will be responsible for ESD management, component fault analysis and repair, and overseeing the test run process. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in our electronics manufacturing processes.

Production Support overall tasks:

• Be a technical support function for production, Development, SQA and purchasing;

• Responsible for detailed technical troubleshooting in production equipment and products;

• Act as a link between Development, Manufacturing Development or other departments towards production;

• Escalate product and process problems that can prevent deliveries.

Job responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to production to ensure delivery reliability;

• Analyze and address deviations in products and equipment;

• Monitor and improve ergonomics in production;

• Drive process improvements and implement enhanced working methods;

• Follow established processes, work instructions, and assembly instructions;

• Collaborate with group leaders to identify and plan preventive activities;

• Statistically monitor, measure, and analyze process quality;

• Maintain and calibrate production equipment, updating System-Q as needed;

• Maintain and update calibration and work instructions;

• Introduce change order processes and test series in production;

• Ensure quality information is disseminated to relevant managers;

• Participate in production reviews during the development process;

• Train production personnel on equipment and methods;

• Analyze and resolve Defect Product Returns (DPRs);

• Support other departments with tests and investigations;

• Lead projects related to production equipment development.

Authorities:

• Take necessary measures within your area of expertise in consultation with relevant managers.

Competence Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree within Electronics or Mechatronics field;

• Strong expertise in Electronics, Mechanics, Optics, Production Technology, Project Management or Quality Work;

• Excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English;

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google programs;

• Strong communication skills.
