You are ready if you..

• are a registered student

• have good skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel, as well as in Google Workspace

• are fluent English

• are high self-motivated, a team player and have the ability to work independently

• AI-related knowledge/basic scripting knowledge will be an advantage

• JIRA knowledge will be a plus

• support the project management office in the areas controlling, processes and reporting

• maintain the data quality in our internal project management tools

• be responsible for aligning incoming project requests and assigning projects to our international teams

• maintain the documentation in the intranet
