What You Will Do
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Partner Programs, this role is essential in providing education, enablement, and technical support to ensure the success of our diverse partner programs. This position plays a key role in keeping partners informed on the latest AECO go-to-market strategies, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to present, train, and implement AECO solutions effectively.
Strong partner service delivery is critical to achieving AECO’s ARR goals, helping partners expand their business, and ensuring higher customer satisfaction through the timely and professional delivery of services.
As a champion for partner enablement, this role will work closely with Learning & Enablement, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership to develop and deliver impactful partner content across multiple formats, including written guides, live online sessions, and recorded training materials. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to play a pivotal role in partner success and business growth.
Partner Sales Enablement:
- Review, edit, and deliver partner training content using the latest curriculum.
Track partner engagement with training materials and use insights to improve content and delivery.
Partner Certification Management:
- Oversee certification tracking for 100+ consultants, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding to annual renewals.
Determine appropriate curriculum and pricing for certification programs.
Partner Onboarding
Welcome new partners and provide system access (Seismic, Viewpoint Academy, Customer Portal, etc.).
Conduct 1:1 onboarding sessions to ensure partners understand available tools and resources.
Education Management & Consulting Performance
Meet regularly with top partners to assess training needs and provide relevant resources.
Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review consultant performance and deliver program updates.
Project & Customer Success Tracking
Track partner-led implementations across ERP and other modules, ensuring timely completion and success.
Collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Success to establish data tracking within NetSuite.
Consultant Field Support
Provide real-time support for consultant technical requests, including escalations, account ownership, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with Support and Learning Services as needed.
Thought Leadership & Onsite Presentations
Deliver onsite and virtual training sessions for the CPA program, covering introductory content and certification options.
Hosted Test Environments
Develop, maintain, and manage partner-hosted test environments, ensuring proper pricing and SKU alignment.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
5+ years of experience in Training or Consulting, preferably in the Construction Industry.
Strong understanding of Partner Programs and their impact.
Hands-on experience with ERP software, specifically Spectrum or Vista (user or implementation).
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive, high-energy, and results-driven with a self-starter mindset.
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to track and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary 100-125k + Bonus
