The Manufacturing Development team in Operations consist of 9 highly skilled engineers within programming, electronics, mechanics, specialists in measurement, fiber and optics. Your work takes place in close collaboration with departments such as Production, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing and the Operations management team, so that we continue to deliver the best product for our customers.
We are going through an exciting automation journey and as a team member you will have a role in that, whilst having the opportunity to work in a warm and friendly company that produces market-leading, high-tech products. In your role, you get the chance to be involved and influence the existing production but also take us to the next level and see big changes, with a lean mind set within Operations.
What This Role Is:
You will be responsible for supporting and improving our daily production and to be a resource when implementing our new production platform by working with improvements connected to high precision and quality, efficiency and yield. One way to do that is to improve our software test programs and by implementing automation, machine learning and AI in mind, with your programming skills.
Other skills that are relevant to this job is to be good at troubleshooting and to have an analytical side to be able to understand and solve difficult errors appearing in our product and test equipment, and that with close collaboration with other disciplines. Be able to find solutions that improve the testing environment with high quality, lead time and yield improvements in mind. To follow, but also improve our documentation and work processes.

Support production and colleagues
Lift and implement new possible solutions connected to ML, AI and automation
Improve testing environment and processes
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:
A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent experience
C# Programming
Experience of testing environment in production
Good understanding of lean production methods
Experience of implementing automation
Strong analytical and data analysis skills
You can express yourself well in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Other relevant skills:
You should have a genuine technical interest
