You will be integral in helping customers navigate and maximize the benefits of our products, providing you with a deep understanding of application functionality and customer needs. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to be at the forefront of customer engagement, providing essential support that directly impacts customer satisfaction and company reputation. You will work closely with various technical professionals, gaining insights into complex technical systems and developing strong communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities
Effective Management of Customer Interactions
Complex Problem Analysis, Practical Solution Development and Reporting
Customer Installation and Training on side and remotely
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
Coordination and Scheduling of Field Support Calls
What Skills & Experience will make you successful in this role
Academic background in geospatial areas (Surveying, Geomatics, Remote Sensing) or proved work experience in such areas
Fluent level of English, willingness to work in international work environment and Clients
Any additional language especially German will be an asset
Knowledge of Mobile Mapping Systems: Understanding of how mobile mapping equipment operates, including GNSS/INS, LiDAR, and imaging technologies and the processing and analyzing of geospatial data
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High level of autonomy, efficiency in task completion, and effective resource management.
Knowledge and experience of the Trimble MX-Systems is a bonus.

The Trimble Mobile Mapping Division is a comprehensive and dynamic unit that delivers advanced mobile mapping solutions. This division is responsible for a broad range of activities aimed at supporting customers and ensuring the successful deployment and utilization of Trimble's cutting-edge mobile mapping technologies. It provides ongoing technical assistance to ensure the optimal performance of mobile mapping systems. Offers solutions for any issues that arise using mobile mapping equipment and software. It conducts hands-on training sessions and workshops to educate customers on the effective use of mobile mapping technologies. Performs rigorous testing and quality checks to calibrate new systems before deployment, ensuring high accuracy and reliability. It offers powerful software tools such as Trimble Business Centre and Trimble MX for data processing, analysis, and visualization.
