This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of customer engagement and problem-solving within a dynamic tech environment. You will be integral in helping customers navigate and maximize the benefits of our products, providing you with a deep understanding of application functionality and customer needs. Your contributions will be key in shaping the customer experience and improving our products and services.
What You Will Do
• Be a member of the Tekla Service Team and work on our local Tekla Support Helpdesk, to ensure that a high level of support is provided to new and existing users.
• Develop and execute live training as well as producing and revisioning learning material for both customers and internal staff on the Tekla Software Suite.
• Provide technical onboarding and after-sales-care to customers as required.
• Provide technical and pre-sales support to our sales team.
• Provide technical demonstrations of mainly Tekla Structures to our customers.
• Contribute to the localization of the Tekla Structures software to support industry standards and customer needs.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
• Structural engineering degree or qualification or relevant qualitative experience.
• Tekla Structures knowledge.
• Minimum 2 year’s relevant industry experience in either consulting civil & structural engineering practice or relevant construction business, with hands-on experience of Tekla Structures.
• Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Experience and knowledge of 3D modelling software and other solutions that supports Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and interoperability between software.
• An ability to communicate and influence people, from site engineer to board director.
• Commercial acumen to differentiate between features and benefits relevant to the customer.
• Experience of process development in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

About Your Location
We are looking for a Professional Services Consultant for our Building & Construction products, based in our office in Västerås, Sweden. This is a hybrid role and you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month in the office.
About Our Swedish Structure Division
Our Swedish service team consists now of 9 people, 6 of whom take care of the Tekla products that you will be part of. They report directly to the Service manager. All are skilled structural engineers who understand the customers' needs.
