You are ready, if you have...

  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Suite - mostly MS Excel, MS Power Point, Google Sheets and Google Slides.

  • The ability to work efficiently with large data sets, conducting regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies, duplicates, and outdated information.

  • A detail-oriented approach to data management, with experience in maintaining and updating CRM systems to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Strong research skills, enabling you to gather and analyze relevant information about potential leads, target markets, and industry trends to support informed decision-making.

  • Excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and provide insights that enhance lead nurturing efforts.

Transform yourself and become responsible for...

  • Support ongoing work in the marketing department, support in classifying inbound leads based on provided metrics and verify customer data in the internal CRM and Salesforce system.

  • Manage leads until they are forwarded to BizDev or Sales.

  • Research prospects on company websites, LinkedIn and D&B Hoovers database.

  • Ensure that profiled automated qualified leads (AQLs) are delivered to the relevant person for the follow-up activities.

  • Maintain accuracy and cleanliness of the CRM system.
