Trimble Europe BV is searching for the right person to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. If your mission is to help organizations like our customers using Trimble solutions to succeed, then read on.
As a Customer Success Specialist at Trimble MEPcontent, you will work closely with a large portfolio of building product manufacturers in the MEP sector, to help maximize their success while identifying and mitigating any risks. Your passion, expertise and focus will result in renewals, client advocacy and expansion, adding value and growth to both ARR and customer satisfaction.

About MEPcontent
MEPcontent.com is a BIM library designed for MEP (Mechanical, Engineering, Plumbing) engineers. Thanks to a close collaboration with 450+ leading manufacturers in the industry, MEPcontent provides customized files and applications for the most commonly used models in Revit, AutoCAD and IFC formats. In addition, MEPcontent facilitates manufacturer-specific content in our European leading modeling software solutions Stabicad and Trimble nova. Stabicad for AutoCAD and Revit is a CAD/BIM software that provides design plug-ins and 2D/3D design. By connecting Stabicad to MEPcontent, engineers can work with high-level content and relevant data provided by manufacturers, for integration into their models during the design phase. Trimble Nova is an all-in-one design and engineering solution for building technology professionals.


Measures of Success:
You will successfully coordinate pre-sales, onboarding and customer support for our European building product manufacturers
You will help build strong relationships by proactively connecting with customers through phone calls, online meetings and emails
You will identify, track and mitigate any risk that may result in a loss of a client relationship
You will partner cross-functionally with Content Operations, Sales, Order Admin, Marketing and Product to drive deep customer engagement, identify cross-sell opportunities, increase retention and growth
You will work with and keep our CRM system up to date, including reporting activities
You will assist the Sales team in the offering and follow-up process together with the Content Operations team
You will occasionally assist during trade events


Skills & Experience Required:

  • You put the client first and have a strong sense of urgency with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • You have around 3 to 5 years of working experience
  • You have experience with pre-sales, account management and onboarding of new clients
  • You know how to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in order to get things done
  • You have strong project management skills to manage customer projects
  • You like to work for an IT company in an international environment
  • You have affinity with the digital construction industry, preferably MEP
  • You are native Dutch, fluent in English. German is seen as a strong plus
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with SalesForce is a plus
  • Experience with Gainsight is a plus
