Your Title: Customer Support Representative

Job Location: Hybrid - Perth, WA (Full-Time in office for first month)

What You Will Do

As a Customer Care Team Member you will provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience with our solutions. You are service minded and thrive in a friendly, hard-working, fast paced environment.

• Responds to customer service inquiries regarding company products, features and/or services

• Call customers to renew their subscriptions, upsell services, and obtain customer satisfaction feedback

• Input sales orders, payments, and help customers activate their service

• Update clients’ accounts to maintain data integrity

• Troubleshoot basic technical customer issues with service activation and operation

• You will be expected to sometimes work weekends and public holidays and additionally cover for other team members during holidays and periods of leave therefore a degree of flexibility is required.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Excellent communications skills

• An enthusiasm to help people and be customer focussed

• Some experience in using a database management system

• You should have excellent fluent English skills written/reading/spoken, you may even speak another language although this is not a requirement

• Some basic software or IT technical skills would be highly advantageous

Information About Your Location

We offer a flexible hybrid (full time from the office for first month during training then moving to 3 days in the office) working style from our small Stirling office location in Perth WA. Our offices have free onsite parking, with a modern and relaxed working environment. There are good facilities and eateries nearby away from the hustle and bustle of the CBD. You’ll work alongside other team members and colleagues from different divisions of Trimble.
