What You Will Do

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for maintaining the Transporeon online help, reviewing the contents created by the product teams, and for producing best-in-class documents for our internal and external customers.

As a member of the Operations Governance department, in charge of delivering KPIs, reports and process improvements, proven analytical skills and hands-on experience in driving improvements or changes will be a plus.

  • Update and maintain structure and layout of our online help

  • Text processing

  • Desktop publishing

  • Quality assurance

  • Preparation of reports and KPIs on a regular and ad hoc basis and driving improvements in the reporting structure

  • Evaluation of new technologies and ways of working to find improvements possibilities

  • Implementation of process automations

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Upper-intermediate level of English (oral and written documentation, business communication);

  • Power user experience with Quanos Schema ST4

  • Experience in the usage of memoQ or other CAT tools

  • HTML/XML knowledge and IT technical background would be a plus

  • Google office/MS Office proficiency, including Google slides/PowerPoint for the purpose of developing training materials and presentations.

  • Proven analytical skills and drive for results (assess possibilities, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate results)

About Our Division

We are responsible for reducing manual effort for the customer-facing teams by providing KPIs and reports, managing and improving processes and tools, documentation, and training, as well as leading Post merger integrations and other internal projects. We maintain the online help for our platform applications, and support the Legal department with activities of text processing and desktop publishing. We additionally handle the translation management for other departments in the company.
