- Perform kitting operations, organizing and preparing kits of parts for assembly processes.
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring it runs efficiently and safely.
- Monitor the manufacturing process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality standards.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and rectify any issues with product assembly.
- Follow detailed manufacturing schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct inventory checks to ensure all necessary materials are available for assembly and kitting processes.
- Report equipment malfunctions and participate in troubleshooting and minor repairs as needed.
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- One year of related experience in warehouse operations, assembly, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in assembly, demonstrating the ability to follow detailed assembly instructions.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills for reporting problems or issues.
- Accuracy in counting and weighing items.
- Constant lifting of 20-30 lbs, occasional lifting/moving of 50 lbs.
- Will reach, bend, twist, push, pull, and use hands, arms, and fingers to operate a hand-held scanner.
