You are ready, if you have...

  • advanced proficiency with Marketo; Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) would be a plus.

  • minimum 4 years of experience in a Marketing Automation Operations or related technology role.

  • experience in a B2B and/or SaaS company.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, technical discipline, business, information science, data science, or applicable experience.

  • great communication and collaboration skills.

  • strong project management skills and ability to work on many projects simultaneously.

Transform yourself and become responsible for...

  • overseeing Marketo as a subject matter expert and establishing architecture governance for efficient, scalable, and best-in-class marketing campaigns.

  • developing campaign flows and designing new forms within the marketing automation platform to optimise user engagement and lead capture.

  • designing, building, and optimising email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and A/B testing.

  • optimising email deliverability and ensuring emails are compliant following industry policies, CAN-SPAM regulations, and best practices to adhere to email marketing and deliverability standards.

  • developing and maintaining audience lists and contact lists ensuring data hygiene, and empowering customer and prospect communication.

  • implementing lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates.

  • staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing automation to drive innovation and efficiency.
