Your Title: Associate Customer Master Analyst

Job Location: Poland, Krakow

Our Department: Customer Claims & Customer Master

As an Associate Customer Master Analyst, you will be an essential part of the order-to-cash cycle responsible for supporting business divisions by creating, managing and maintaining an accurate record of our global customer database. Your role involves collaborating with various departments, including sales, customer service, logistics, and finance, to ensure a seamless order-to-cash process. You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction, business division support, trade and revenue compliance and contributing to Trimble’s overall success.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Customer Data Management: Help manage the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of customer master records in our database. This includes capturing and revising relevant information such as contact details, billing and shipping addresses, and other pertinent data to ensure information is up-to-date.

  • Data Validation: Identify and rectify discrepancies, inconsistencies or duplications in the system.

  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service to gather and validate customer information. Communicate and interact both professionally and effectively to resolve data-related issues and provide support when required.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as localization requirements when applicable, related to customer data and data privacy.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets by addressing concerns promptly, demonstrating empathy, and contributing to a positive overall customer experience.

  • Actively participate in system enhancement projects and Process Improvement

Desired skills and experience:

  • fluent English and the ability to use it in verbal and written formal communication;

  • 3-5 yrs experience in customer data management or a similar role, preferably in a large-scale organization, with strong customer service and data entry experience is highly preferred.

  • 3-5 yrs experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other data management tools is highly preferred.

  • Experience with Google Chrome, Gmail, Google Apps, Microsoft Office/Suite, Data Load a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately

  • Advanced problem-solving and trouble-shooting capabilities

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify data patterns and trends

  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Knowledge of French/German/Dutch/Finnish/Swedish/Norwegian/Danish is a plus.

  • Excellent customer service skills
