Your Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Location: United States of America (Westminster, CO Preferred)

What You Will Do

The Salesforce Technical Lead will participate in the constant development, integration, and maintenance of the Salesforce environment. This hand-on position is responsible for systems analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and support of technical solutions within the Salesforce business applications. Additional experience is required in both agile and standard project methodologies. Other skills include the ability to proactively recognize opportunities to stabilize and enhance the Salesforce environment, build proof of concepts when necessary, maintain a clear history of code through the use of source control tools, build easy to maintain and scalable solutions leveraging reusable objects, effective use of Salesforce API for data exchange and transformation and sound code promotion activities.

  • This Role must collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and business lead stakeholders to understand user stories, document technical use case requirements, design and develop solutions supporting our groups business processes.
  • Salesforce design development, testing, and providing post-release support and administration.
  • Design and develop customizations in Salesforce including Apex, triggers, Lightning components, VisualForce pages, object structures, flows, workflow rules, validation rules, and applications.
  • Understand, work with, and utilize sophisticated code patterns in Apex and JavaScript.
  • Supply advanced Apex and JavaScript programming expertise in common design patterns, governor limit management techniques, bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling, and asynchronous operations.
  • Work with architects and other developers to translate business requirements into solution designs that best achieve target capabilities and leverage the platform effectively.
  • Engage in code and technical design reviews of solution implementations to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained.
  • Maintain a security conscious mindset and adhere to best practices and team standards.
  • Be a model of team cooperation and leadership.
  • Take part in a highly collaborative and self-accountable team of software craftspeople.
  • Flexible in handling changing priorities and meeting commitments.
  • Demonstrated deep technical knowledge with the following:
  • Lightening Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, and Salesforce APIs
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce Data Model for declarative functionality versus apex infrastructure.
  • Bridge the gap between development and the Operations team to resolve the development / Configurations issues.
  • Cloud experience including Journeys, integrations, data extensions and building email templates
  • Ability to effectively communicate with leaders across the organization to drive projects.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; equivalent experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • Current Salesforce Administrator & Platform Developer I + Certification are required
  • 10+ years of experience with software development
  • 5+ yrs Salesforce development; Apex, Visualforce, On platform declarative customizations, Data Loader, Workbench, etc.
  • Extensive experience developing Apex classes, triggers, VisualForce pages, Lightning components, and web services leveraging the Salesforce REST and SOAP API’s.
  • Working knowledge of SOAP and REST data transmission protocols
  • Hands on experience integrating Salesforce with other internal systems and 3rd party solutions.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud, Gearset, Five9, strongly preferred
