CTCT Technical Strategy Manager

What You Will Do

• Lead, Coordinate and Facilitate the CTCT Technical Strategy Team

  • Consolidate, communicate, and track alignment to SW/HW/System Architecture guidelines, including development of dashboard metrics that track progress

  • Consolidate, communicate, and track alignment to foundational functional product expectations of CyberSecurity, Functional Safety, Supportability, and Quality, including development of dashboard metrics that track progress

  • Consolidate, communicate, and track alignment to product development best practices and standard work

  • The CTCT Technical Strategy Tribe will include technical leaders from Grade Control Applications (GCA), Grade Control Platform(GCP) areas

  • Provide technical input and guidance to ensure consistent application of strategy across CTCT product areas

• Lead the New Technology Evaluation team. This team will be focused on research aligned to strategy delivery.

• Provide regular updates to CTCT, Cat and Trimble on New Technology investigations

• Provide regular updates to CTCT Sr Leaders on Technical Strategy Execution

• Provide regular updates to CTCT Group on Technical Strategy Execution

• Continuous evaluation and evolution of the technical people, process and product strategy

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• In-depth knowledge and experience of:

  • Product Development (HW, SW, System)

  • Grade product technologies leveraged in GCA and GCP

  • Various user personas of GCA/GCP

• Strong facilitator/coordinator/communicator

• Visionary strategic thinking with ability to align research and execution
