What You Will Do

We are looking for a Global Talent Attraction (TA) Director who will be responsible for supporting our Global TA transformation, elevating our recruiting efforts as we grow and scale. You will develop and deliver TA strategy with a focus on proactive candidate engagement to ensure a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple sectors of business. You will cultivate relationships with HR and senior business leaders, serving as the primary strategic partner for TA while leading a team of talented TA Advisors (recruiters).

• Lead a global team of Talent Attraction Advisors, providing ongoing guidance, coaching and development

• Lead global recruiting strategy, including leveraging a variety of sourcing channels to reach target candidates

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business, the market, competition, and innovations in TA. Leverage data and insights to showcase hiring and identify opportunities.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Human Resources or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree

• 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience working on a Global TA Team including at least 4 years of people leadership experience

• Experience collaborating and cultivating strong working relationships with senior business leaders, hiring managers, PX Business Partners, and other COE partners

• Experience implementing a broad range of Talent Attraction strategies and programs in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company

• Strong analytical skills and an ability to deliver meaningful insights to business and PX leaders

• Strong consulting skills including listening, negotiating, coaching, and influencing

About Your Location

Under a flexible work arrangement (hybrid or fully remote), this role supports multiple business sectors and works collaboratively across the Global Talent Attraction and People Experience (PX) teams.
